The Online Assessments are intended to meet the requirements of the Regulations (in particular see paras 7.38 and 8.20 of the JMLSG Guidance) on keeping a record of who has attended training and assessing the effectiveness of the training.
You can use these online AML Quizzes to assess how effective your in-house training has been and, as importantly, we will provide you with a record for your audit of (a) that the testing was carried out and (b) how each member of staff scored. (Fear not, MLROs always score 100%)
Each participant will receive feedback on how they faired and a copy of this will be emailed to your MLRO to assess whether any refresher training is required. The report we will send you will when the last of a group has completed a Quiz will be your proof that the firm has fully complied with its training obligation in terms of the Regulations.
We have followed the same sequence as the topics appear in the manuals but have kept the content generic so that they can be used by any organisation. Where appropriate we have a single Quiz covering several related topics.
We have labelled each Quiz to indicate whether the content and degree of difficulty is appropriate for Front Line staff, Case Handlers or Line Managers.

Each Quiz will take about 15 minutes to complete. The participant will get immediate feedback on how they have faired as soon as they have completed the Quiz. Their score will be emailed to them and also to the MLRO. The MLRO will receive a report on how the Group has faired when the last viewing has been used.
You can use the Quizzes to inject a buzz into your series of training sessions by telling staff at the outset that there will be a “Quiz” at the end of the course.
The cost is £10 + VAT per Quiz for each pack of 5 viewings. You can buy any number of packs.
There is no time limit within which you have to start a Quiz but the clock starts to run the 1st time you access it. From the 1st viewing you have 7 days or 5 viewings which ever comes first. During this period the Quiz(zes) you order can be completed by anyone in your firm.
You can also use the Quizzes with training Groups. The only downside of doing this is that the reporting and recording of results is only meaningful if a Quiz is completed by an individual.
You buy packs of 5 viewings for each Quiz via our Online Shop either by card payment or by post. When we receive your request we will email you a unique password and web link for the Quiz(zes). |

To give you a feel for how the AML Quizzes work we have set up a free Quiz. The content is designed to help MLROs get the message across to their fellow partners/directors that giving AML training a high priority is essential for self preservation, never mind compliance.
