Our training schedule works extremely well and has been tried and tested in legal firms of various sizes. The Core Modules we aim to cover in the four training days are:-
Creating a new Client matter
Client debit and credit entries
Firm income and expense entries
Banking entries
Daily Law Society Reports
Reconciling Client and Firm bank accounts
Monthly Law Society reports
Investment account analysis
Basic reporting package
VAT reports
The most intensive training takes place on days 2 & 3 when the system goes live. It is vital that your cashier is given the time to concentrate on the training with no interruptions. Otherwise the training takes longer and is much less effective.

The aim of the Standard Package is to get you up and running on QuickBooks with the minimum disruption to your business. For most firms the Core Modules are all they will need but there may be additional modules that would benefit you - Management Reports, Debtor and Creditor Management, Executry Accounts, Payroll. It is best to concentrate on the Core Modules first and address the additional modules later.
If you would like more information on this or any of the solutions mentioned please contact Graham Gibson or Lynne Moffatt. We will be pleased to arrange a face to face meeting or an online session when we can discuss the options with you and give guidance on which one would suit you best.
