If you require an in-house accounts package but also require accounting assistance from us, the setup charge is £2500 and includes the following:-

a single copy of the software installed on one PC |
| • |
remote access software for online support from our offices in Perth |
| • |
Day 1 on-site: install software; show your accounts handler/accounts administrator* how to create clients; identify operational variations |
| • |
Telephone and online support while you input clients |
| • |
1 day of our time to enter brought forward balances per your previous system (up to 300 balances and usually as close to going live as possible) |
| • |
Going live with system; show your accounts handler/accounts administrator what is required of them |
| • |
Thereafter you will require our Bureau Service at £45/hour, recorded after each session but billed on a monthly basis. (Please see our additional information sheet on working suggestions.) |

Each overnight stay for on-site visits are £150 |

expenses are charged at 40p per mile (from our base in Perth) |

* An accounts handler would be someone who can do the bulk of the day-to-day entries to the system with minimal supervision. Input from ourselves would be on a weekly or a monthly basis to supervise, reconcile, prepare necessary reports and maintain compliance. An accounts administrator would be someone who can simply liase with ourselves to get the information to us for inputting those day-to-day entries along with the tasks mentioned above.
